Hi
We completed the setup for CRM to HCI integration and we are testing to sent Accounts to HCI from CRM using initial load report CRMPCD_BUPA_EXTRACT.
Idocs are failing with error ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED - I understand that this is due to the communication setup between crm and hci.
My concern is that all IDOc segments are not populated with data only following segment is populated.
For example Address is blank
Should all the Idoc segments be populated at this stage even though we are getting the ICM related errors?
Can anyone help with this ?

Update -
We found that there was a enhancement on the middleware table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU to use custom FM which has business logic to restrict Accounts from specific group.
We were able to update the logic in Z FM to include new customer groups.
Hope this helps anyone who stumbles upon similar issue.
