Idoc-Webservice Unknown error

Hi Experts,

My scenario is IDoc to Webservice,it has PO processing,the issue is while processing only one PO i am getting the following error.

Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: nested exception is: psdi.util.MXSystemException:

-An unknown error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator for assistance. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine where and why the error is thrown. null.

Note:The message Protocol is Axis and other POs are successful.

Please suggest.

Hi Kalpana,

My few cents. The error seems to be in your data that generates an exception when it is processed in the endpoint. Try the same example with an external tool like SOAP and ask for an example to your endpoint webservice provider.

You can get additional logs from NWA.

If you don't find the message (payload) logs in PI then enable xpi inspector for this channel and try sending the message again.

Hi Kalpana,

From the error it seems there is some issue with the Payload that you are trying to post...can you check & verify if the XML / Payload is well formed?
