Mirroring effect on PO

Dear experts ,

we have seen a strange error in PO where the text shifts to the right side of the PO forms (The PO format consist of many windows for text display & it is oriented on the left side) , this has been occurring randomly & its been reported by only one user . strangely when we were analyzing the same PO  it is proper .

please guide as to why this keeps happening & is it user attribute related (i am new to the SAP job scene  so forgive my lack of understanding ).

Dear Ravi & sankarbabu ,

thanks for your replies as per your suggestion i have checked the printer  settings & login language they are maintained as LOCL & En  i have repeated the output & now it doesn't appear different, but in the last few months the same user has sent us almost 8-10 PO which were affected .

we have tried simulating the issue in quality system but not bale to reproduce it ,this seems to be a random error is there any other way to correct this issue ??

Hello Jyothsna,

Instead of repeating output. create a new PO and maintain a condition records with combination of Vendor/Supplier and trigger a new message output type and check..

and also just check the printer manual setting(These settings has to done in printer menu)..

Hello Jyothsna,

If the issue was been reported by particular user..

following points needs to be checked :

1)Tell him to change the printer settings manualy and test it.

2) If login lanague is different ( like FARSI or Herbew etc) , chance of printing in reverse direction is more(In that case. tell him to login with EN language into SAP and give a PO Print)

3) Take the help of any ABAPER and tell him to check the PO form which is configured in NACE.

All the best ..

Hi Jyothsna,

It can be printer's driver issue. If the user is printing using a different printer. Check it.
