SAP PM Order 0000xxxxxx not archivable - order hierarchy not complete LOEKZ

When I am using transation SARA to archive a PM order, which has been "business complete" and "CLSD" closed... I got a strange message "Order 000065145629 not archivable - order hierarchy not complete LOEKZ" , while trying to create an archive file. The order is already set deletion flag on... No clue.. Can anyone help?

The message is C2 502 and came with OSS note 1214874 - Archiving PM_ORDER -> missing listing

The long text - which can be seen as well with SE91 transaction - says " You want to archive a PM/CS order. A precondition for this is that all PM/CS orders of the order hierarchy have the status I0013 (LOEKZ/deletion indicator, archivable)."

I have set everything as required by SAP ; all orders in the hierarchy has the deletion flag set. All orders in the hierarchy has the "deletion indicator" set by the archiving program. There is one order though with "business complete" and
" technical complete" not set -- when trying to set those, I got the error like
"already deletion indicator set -- can't change any data".

I heard the deletion indicator is not reversible once set... so I am in a dilemma...

the precondition talked about the status I0013. How is the status for your one order with "business complete" and

" technical complete" not set?

what exact error (post also the error message number) do you get if you try to set the status for the order that does not yet have this status ?

So is the order part of an order hierarchy?

Also check if any user-statuses may be blocking the archiving process.

You are in the right direction; but I can't go back and change the user status of the PM Orders in question, because the archiving program has set the "Deletion Indicator" in the PM orders.... so this looks like a bug???

There is no standard way to remove the DLT flag once it has been set. And this means that you cannot change the order.

There is a similar OSS Note for PP orders: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/corrins/191216/1

So it looks like you will need to write your own fix-program using function module STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN.
