Hi Experts,

I have an external mail server that requires authentication for sending mail, therefore we have configured the SMTP_AUTH with an email account, the problem is that we can only ship to users who have that email account, and that for any other mail account indicates that it can not authenticate against the mail server.

Does anyone know how I can do?

Hi Expert,

This is what I have done, but the problem is the problem is that is associated with an email account and if I send mail with this email account works fine but if I use a user with another email account does not work because the mail server authenticates email account and password of the user sending mail.

Any idea?

Hi,

the error is that the user is not owner of mail server.
