SUS vendor changes are not appearing on Portal for Purchaser to review


Hello Experts

We have ECC 6.0 - SRM 7.0 - SUS 1.0 set up or our client. They have adopted standard SAP scenario

We have a process where Supllier make changes administrativ data on SUS portal. That changes goes to Purchaser /Buyer on his Portal in tab Application monitoring furhter if he approves and select option  transfer to system option chnages gets registered in ECC later gets copied in SRM7.0 system

Now we are facing issue like these steps I explained are not working for us meaning Supplier has changed company code data on SUS but that change is not appearing for Purchaser on Market portal

We have unique entries maintain in BBP_BACKEND_DEST

for ECC - ERP_3.0 SRM100 - EBP_5.0  SRM200 SUS_1.0 as system type also we are using STD market portal /STD systems

Can you please suggest what is missing
