CTC =1 for Charm

Hi Experts,

While configuring CHARM  we changed the CTC value from 0 to 1 in Satelite system.

But after changing the value we are not able to find the truck button for importing the transport in QAL and PRD system.

We have separate transport group for each system(DEV,QAL,PRD).

Thanks

You need to ensure all transports have a target client

Then you will see the transport truck icon

Your TMS configuration in Domain Controller dictates which clients TR is pointed at and must be configured, even if it explicitly says that transports need to go DEV - 200, 210 and 240. If no target is defined in TMS configuration then none is set

Both problems are related - amend TMS to include target clients and assign any outstanding transports a target client if they haven't got one already

Hi,

it depends on how do you define the transport strategy group box, if you define single transport, you cant get the import all options available

please check stms -> transport route -> select system attribute -> transport strategy group box

also refer the parameter NO_IMPORT_ALL,  if this 1 also you cant see this import all button

Thanks

Hi Jansi,

We already disable the no_import _all button.

But for charm configuration we are facing below described issue.

We have created domain link of solman system in our DEV(domain controller).

and for Charm configuration we changed the CTC=1 , after changing the CTC value we can't find the single transport truck symbol in QAL and PRD systems.

But if  we access the import queue of QAL and PRD through solman system we are able to move the Transport.

Now we have issue that in QAL we have 3 client 200,240,210 ,Without CTC=1 we can move the TR in all client.

But after changing the value of CTC=1 we are able to move the TR in only one client 240 not in 200 and 210.

Thanks
