I want to create a search page in ALV as shown below. Can you please your valuable inputs on how to create this. Many thanks .

    Filters and sorts are built into ALV, so why re-invent the wheel? I often explain to the business people that I can give them the functionality quite easily, but not necessarily as they envisage. I can give them exactly what they envisage but it will 3x as expensive.

    Then they decide to go with the standard.

    I'm not sure if you can do it exactly the way you have shown.

    But you can easily add a popup that asks for a value to search and then loop through your table to find that value.
