Hi,
Having basic functional understanding of various possible scenarios in Customer Service (Service Contracts & Warranty based service, In-House Repairs, Field Service, etc), I understand, that SAP is promoting SAP CRM Customer Service as it has many features over ERP CS,
however as a basic requirement, I am trying to understand the various possible "scenarios" and "their Solutioning" considering the solution in ERP base modules (SD, CS, FICO, PM, PS, QM) - along with integration aspects of various modules in the flow.
I am currently going thru SAP HELP doc, which explains the various SAP CS functionalities. What I am looking at / trying to search / find is "whole" scenario as process flow & it's solutioning in SAP.

Dont offer points in SCN which is against SCN rules. Go through SCN rules and adhere to that
Being an old member of SCN, you should be knowing SCN rules and despite that, you were deviating that. Also please understand this is not a tutorial forum for you to teach or provide a detailed step by step documentations. SCN forum is meant for guiding the members only on specific issues.
