Fill Aggregates step failed in process chain

Hi Experts,

I have come cross an issue in one of my process chains which got failed in the Fill aggregates step with a short dump in ST22.

When i checked its showing that one of the database tables is not being enlarged to maintain the aggregates,But when i checked in DB02 the percentage that table is used until is 85%.

Still there is space to go ahead even thoough i have got a short dump.

I informed my Basis team about it.

But my question is can we do any alternative procedures to solve this issue apart from extending the table size.

Please Advise me.

Try to fill aggregates manually may help you to resolve the issue.
