ER:You dont have the authorization to start service sap.com/pcui_gp~xssutil

hi,

We are working on integration of ESS bp with EP.

We are thro with deployment of BP, System creation and defining its properties and user mapping details.

We got the initial logon screen too, but when logged on using the Administrator userID and PWD ( which is mapped)

we got the following error:

"You dont have the authorization to start service sap.com/pcui_gp~xssutils/XssMenu"

Can anyone help us on this.
