Change the workitem of SC taking in consideration some conditions

Hello,

I want to add the plant code and the first 3 characters of its name to the approval workitem of the SC in case of PDP flow and NPP purch org.

How to get the 3 characters of the plant name?

How to manage these conditions?

    Hi Meriem,


    for the 1st you can get plant code from position of the shopping cart. Field BE_PLANT.


    for the 2nd.

    You need to enhance the BUS2121 Object (TA SWO1) and define new attribute for you custom data.

    You need to define a placeholder (your new attribute) in workitem header definition (TA PFTC),
