SAP TDMS a Failure

I have had this opportunity of using SAP TDMS at Tata Steel Ltd. Jamshedpur with 5TB of Master Data + Transaction Data.

The product failed three times.

SAP India did not help.

Why do they come up with such products.

I usually receive good help from message processors in CA-TDM* components.

Can you elaborate on what exactly failed?

You started this in an open discussion space, so why not disclose details here as well?
