phrase set creation

Is there any way to create phrase set at mass or do we have to create all phrase set manually in new system ?

Hi Krishna,

follow the standard procedure in transaction CGCZ. That will generate phrase sets for all characteristics that are defined as type CHAR 30.

keep in mind: currently we talk only about the generation of the phrase st; if you talk about a new system you need now a methodology/process to create the phases and assign them to phrase set. This is the highest amount of work to consider.

Hi Prakash,

To my knowledge, there is no SAP standard transaction for mass creation of phrase sets. But, you can use LSMW (or other Batch Input methods) or SAP GUI scripting for phrase set mass creation.
