Webi Report Instance Limits

Hi All,

I have a webi reprot which runs daily. I want to keep only last 5 instances. I have set the limit to 5 on the report in CMC and updated. but the instances are not deleted from the repository even after 1 day.

I have restarted the job server but no luck. Do i need to set any other properties in CMC?.

I am using BI 4.1 sp4.
