Delete Index

Hi Expert,

     We want to delete an index on the system, but without creating a request.

We are configure our system as the following but we still required to create a request.

we are work in platform AS400 and DB2

Hi Said,

firstly its not advisable to delete an index directly in production .You can do it in development and transport it .I believe even if you open client it might ask TR for index deletion/creation

If you want to do it without TR ,you can do with an SQL command from os level
