Error while loading data in bw even if data is available in Source system

Hello,

While loading data from R/3 to BW its giving error saying

" The data request was a full update.

In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not contain any data."

But in RSA3 respective datasource is showing data in the R/3 system.

Please suggest me how to overcome this.

Hi Steve,

Check the cube for any failed request(Red) and try to load the data(full/delta init) without selections in the infopackage.

Hello Steve,

1. Check the selection conditions in the infopackage

2. Check any extensions in the datasource if any custom coding checks the source system and returns a empty result set .

3. Try to replicate again the DS and try again .

4. Ask the basis colleague to again check the Source system connection and check in the infosource that you are using the same source system and the same data source.

other than the following i dont see any problems happening .
