Error while loading data in bw even if data is available in Source system

Hello,

While loading data from R/3 to BW its giving error saying

" The data request was a full update.

In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not contain any data."

But in RSA3 respective datasource is showing data in the R/3 system.

Please suggest me how to overcome this.
