The maximum number of suppliers, which SRM sends an e-mail invitation to participate in the tender

Hello everyone,

        Can anyone please let me know the maximum number of suppliers, which SRM can send an e-mail invitation to participate in the tender (competition)?  If we have more than 8 participants (suppliers), then e-mail notification comes only 8 "chosen".

SAP already generated only 8 e-mails. That is up to the mail server comes only 8  ......

Not clear on your question you mean you are getting an error if the number of bidder are more than 8 ?

and you are adding this by the button Add supplier in the Bid screen right ?

Can you share all the steps and the expected resolution to be able to assist better ..

Ideally there is no restriction on the number of suppliers which you can add ..

Yes, I'm getting an error if the number of bidder are more than 8. I'm adding this by the button Add supplier in the Bid screen.

I expected that the system will send email notification to all bidder which I added.
