It's BPC NW 7.5
Trying to login using default port, specified the login credentials I get the blank screen. If I specify the secure port I get the error "The system cannot download information from the server.There may be a network or security issue."
I can ping the server successful. Implemented the initial troubleshooting steps like IIS reset etc, does not help.
BPC is down and we are at standstill untill it's up and running.
Appreciate valuable suggestions.
