NWA access forbidden on NW 731 linux+oracle

Hello,

just installed NW 731 ( linux+oracle 11.2.0.4) and cant open .../nwa to install license.

Error: Remote access to the NetWeaver Administrator is forbidden. See SAP Note 1451753 for details.

    You basically need to remove the contents of the \usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\security\data\icm_filter_rules.txt and restart the Java system.

    After this you will be able to access the NWA
