ST-A/PI is not installed

HI ,

i am using solution manager 7.1 So I am  adding  our development server in solution manger managed system configuration showing ST-A/PI  is not install in development server . it means mismatch configuration because solution manager error showing ST-A/PI 01Q not install but in my Development server install ST-A/PI 01N_700C  i have attached the screen shot of both solution manger and development server .

Additionally followed SAP Note  69455 - Servicetools for Applications ST-A/PI (ST14, RTCCTOOL, ST12)

as mentioned above.

HI Gaurav ,

My problem is resolved as per your advise by notes 69455 I have install the ST-A/PI 01R instead of ST-A/PI 01Q.

in LMDB showing correct data .Error showing in plugin status screen already share . when Resynchronise development server from sld pick the data automatically is correct data ,i have already share the development server component version  will share again all snapshot

Could you check with SAP Note  1829319 - Error "ST-A/PI 01P_700 is not installed" when performing Solman_Setup, System Preparation,...

Hi Sandeep,

Issue could be due to wrong data in the LMDB .Could you go to LMDB ->Technical systems->enter system SID and Display .Click on software ->software component version.

Are you able to see the ST/PI and ST/API components there .If not please do follwing

1.Push the data from ERP system to SLD

2. Go to LMDB ->Technical systems->enter system SID and Display

3.Click on the SID ,on right hand side you could see  an option Advanced ->in drop down ->select Resynchronise techincal data from SLD

After this check if status changes in managed system

Hi Sandeep,

As ST-A/PI is service tools than you can perform installation activity for the required ST-A/PI 01Q-700 .Follow the earlier mentioned SAP Note 69455 for the installation of required.

showing ST-A/PI  is not install in development server

But as per second screenshot component ST-A/PI is installed in your development server.You need to execute rtcctool in SE38 and fulfill the recommendations.

For implementations of latest follow http://service.sap.com/supporttools and apply the latest patch for the component.

My Development server installed ST-A/PI 01N_700ECC As per solution manger Required  Different ST-A/PI How it is possible to change the ST-A/PI 01Q 700 instead  off  ST-A/PI 01N_700ECC and i have run the RTCCTOOL via se38 installed ST-A/PI ALREADY INSTALL
