I have modified the smartform (for Invoice) as per requirement & it is printing perfectely for single page and multiple pages. But i have a issue in printer. While Printing single page Invoice , Printer prints blank in second page and print the first page correctly [In this case if you check the invoice in Preview there is only ONE Page ie 1/1 and there is no second page]. In case of multiple pages , printer printers all pages [back to back] correctly. In case of Single page invoice , after printing the Invoice that counts 2 pages in Printer (even though there is ONE Page]. This creates the issue for the user when the count increased in his account. I need to control this issue in SAP settings [Either in SPAD or in Smartform]. Can anyone suggest how to control this.
We are using HP Laserjet 4250 Printer.
Observation:
* While Printing word document in Single page ,it never counts as 2 .
* If i change the default printer setting from my laptop, in this case for single page it is working fine and counts as 1 , but in case of multiple pages it starts printing in each page instead of back to back.
Can any suggest how to control this issue in SAP side.

Hi Murali,
I know spacing problems and printers can create strange behavior for smartforms between devices. Without seeing the actual form and not having smartform in front of me, here are some suggestion to look into.
1. If the second page is an additional window, try placing a condition for that window.
2. It may also be a spacing issue. For this, look into the settings for table spaces and there should be a minimum space. Try lowering this.
3. Also try the page protection features for the elements like tables etc.
