Receiver SFTP Adapter - javax.resource.ResourceException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth failed

Hi,

We are running PI 7.31 dual SP05. I configured the SFTP adapter. We are tying to connect to an external SFTP server. We are using Key based authentication I am getting the below error

Transmitting the message failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: javax.resource.ResourceException: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Auth failed

I followed all the steps in this blog

1. I Generated Private and Public certificates in PI.

2. Exported the Public key

3. Converted the X.509 public key into SSH compatible public key using Open SSH utility

4. The public key is uploaded into the SFTP server.

Am i missing anything.?

Hello Harsh,

This could be related to the issue documented in note 2028233 Dual Authentication and OS Command issue. Try the solution and update with the results.
