    Hi

We have dashboard cache service enabled there but that's no my question. Also that KBA says

When the user open the dashboard for the 1st time, the runtime refresh is
required to retrieving the data from BW backend.

The cache data cannot be shared between different BW users with same
authorization, means runtime refresh required for the 1st load.

If got this correctly that cache is only useful for SAME USER after second time the dashboard is opened.
