Issue with schedule line date for availabiity check

Hello gurus,

I have mantained inhouse production time in material master. Using routing scheduling I have updated material master. So in workscheduling view inhouse production time with lot size data has been maintained.

Now, when I try to create sales order of same material with different quantities schedule line date appearing same.

Requirement is as per required quantity system should calculate schedule line date (delivery date).

If quantity is different then ates also according to be change.

    Hi Sameer,

Your issue is not clear. Please specify it clearly. Hope you have maintained all configurations required for availability check.

Now, after seeing your screenshot, its clear that you have not ticked "check without RLT". So, the availability check is only considering your RLT time you have maintained in MMR, and not any other inhouse production time/ procurement time.

    • Hi Sameer,

So in this case, Check (tick) the RLT field in your scope of availability check (screenshot given above).

Also maintain all the necessary fields in MRP1(lot size), MRP2(procurement type), MRP3 & MRP4 view in MMR.

Then i think it will consider the CA96 values for the material during sales order avail check.

      Thanks
