preventive maintenance process

Hii,

in our organisation every week maintenance activity generating for complete week with respective work center,

our higher  authority are released it ,

then we are doing each activity which is come on  daily ,weekly ,monthly maintenance ,after physically completed work we are using IW28 t code and click on individual conformation of all activity ,

Can u please explain step by step ,how to create this senerio,

Hi Ganesh,

If you want to adapt preventive maintenance process to automatically schedule orders for weekly and monthly. You can use Strategy maintenance plan.

For daily, you can use single maintenance plan. Please refer below SAP documents, which will help to learn the scenarios.

Creating and Scheduling Time-Dependent Maintenance Plans - Plant Maintenance (PM) - SAP Library

You need Maintenance Strategy / Task List / Maintenance Plan / Item to complete your scenario.
