Error in SAPGUI 740 'Saprouter: route permission denied'

Hello experts.

I have a problem with new version GUI 740.

When I try access to SAP through saprouter I can´t sing in 🤯, the error 'saprouter permission denied' is displayed.

Note: GUI 730 there is no problem through saprouter.

Any idea?

thanks.

    Hello José,

You will probably need to look at some detailed trace logs to determine the cause. If you open the SAP GUI Options dialog, then expand the Traces folder and select SAP Logon Traces, you will see options for activating traces at various levels of detail. Turn on Errors tracing, then try to connect again, and then after the failure come back to this screen and select Open Trace Folder. This should bring up a folder of all the traces made, so look for the most recent and have a look at it.

    Regards,

    Matt
