How to make waiting the new customer creation for certain time and make it active in ECC on the specific date

Hello Experts,

1. Is it possible to put in a date for new customer in SAP MDG so that the customer in SAP MDG will become active in SAP ECC on that specific date?

2. Is it possible to put in a date for a customer change in SAP MDG so that the customer change in SAP MDG will become active in SAP ECC on that date?

    Victor,

    you can try out the defining the SLA for CRs and making it mandatory after expring that SLA the system should the CR.
