Live office unable to connect to excel

Hi Experts,

After installation of LiveOffice (4.1 SP4 on windows server 2008 r2) multiple times getting the same error as "excel encountered a serious problem with the sap business object.... "plf find the attachment.

After enabling the add-in on ms-ofice 2010 professional,when trying to log in with all the parameters to connect BO Repo its not connecting with out throwing any error.

    Hi Nadeem,

    Is LO and BOE both at same patch level?

    Also you tried re installing LO alone or LO and office both?
