Missing customizing for VE Manufacturing Planner

Hi,
we are testing Visual Enterprise Manufacturing Planner (VE 8.0) and when starting VMP_MAINTAN transaction there is a warning message appearing:
No active planning scenarios found
Message no. VMP_MSG083
"Diagnosis
You have not activated any of the planning scenarios in Customizing.
Procedure
Activate at least one of the planning scenarios in Customizing activity
Configure Planning Scenario under Production->Visual Manufacturing
Planner"
I can not find the mentioned customizing node: Production->Visual Manufacturing Planner
I could not find any relevant BC sets to activate in the documentation of VE.
Did I miss anything during installation/configuration?

Standard error. SAP notes 2076399, 2114813 solved the issue.
