B1Event Monitor in B1IF

Hi Experts,

I have a issue triggering my B1Event scenario as all my B1Events comes into the B1Event Monitor as filtered, even the Object Types that is supposed to trigger my scenario.

I have B1IF on one server and SQL on another and my SQL has an instance as well.

(IP\SAPB1)

Can any one tell me what to look at as my B1 Event Sender and SLD connection tested successfully...

Kind Regards,

Brenden Draper

Hi,

the settings in the Event Sender setup and the B1i SLD need to fit together (either use IP address or the computer name for both applications).

If you get the B1i SLD entry displayed as sender system in B1 event monitor column "Source Company", everything is OK:

But if you get the IP address or the computer name displayed instead you need to check your settings:

  • Either use IP address in both: B1i SLD and Event Sender Setup

     or

  • Use computer name for both settings

Best regards

Hi Bastian,

I did check this but I have a SQL instance please check my following setup.

Hi Bastian,

I managed to sort this. I forgot the instance in the Event Sender setup.

Thanks for the help.

Kind Regards,

Brenden
