Require Job Title in WD Application

Hi Everyone,

I need to display the Job Title as a text view in one of the Custom Step for a Candidate Applying For a Post through WebDynpro Application in the portal. I did check all the classes if there is any method to fetch the job details. But I wasn't successful.

In short, we need the Job Title, for which the candidate is applying for.

I did check the method GET_DESIRED_JOB of the class CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_PREVIEW_BL passing CAND_OBJ(HROBJECT) as exporting parameter, but I am getting the Job details(JOB_TITLE).

If anyone has come across or anyone has worked on similar issue, request you to provide valuable inputs/logic for fetching the job title candidate is applying for.

Thank You.

Regards,

Harsha

I'll gonna try this one more time and than I give up :-).

If you are in the CANDIDATE startpage, and you only the the CANDIDATE hrobject, you don't know which job he is currently applying for. If you are talking about the application wizard, you also need the application (ND) object or the candidacy (NE) object to find the information.
