Billing Plan in Sale Order

I am facing issue in billing plan in my sales order. If there are billing plans maintained for all two lines items and then if we untick the header billing plan from the line item billing plan the amount changes in billing plans of line items.

I don't think there will be any configuration issue.

Please suggest how to rectify this issue.
