Smartform PDF to Base64 Conversion

Dear All,

My requirement,

1. I want convert Smartform PDF to Base64 encoding conversion.

2.Same Base64 encoding value, i have to pass through webservice in RFC.

I have tried following Class in my Program.but it didn't resolve my requirement.

CALL METHOD cl_http_utility=>encode_base64

Please provide necessary information.
