Netweaver 04s EP = reduced UI functionality?

Hi,

One very user-friendly UI feature of EP6 is the drag-and-relate concept, but from what is posted in

it seems to be put on hold.

Also from the same page:

· Creation of the Web Target iView will not be possible.

What does this mean?

What is the reason behind all this? Wasn't NW04s supposed to be a minor upgrade?
