Hi All,

I am getting the error message "Line item causes scrap value of  1.00 to be violated Message no. AA632" while Scrapping the Asset with ABAVN transaction code.

The NAV is ZERO and I have also  maintained Memo Value of Rs. 1.00 in OAYI. I have also referred the SAP Note 1242918 but this is not applicable.

I can scrap the asset after updating the Memo Value to ZERO but I am looking for SAP standard note or solution for the same.

Hi Sarvendra,

The scrapping of the asset means you complete dispose the asset. So you have to make the memo value as 0. Then only you can scrap the asset. Otherwise it will throw above error.
