Find Person-ID with the same Name

Dear all,

we are looking for an SAP Report to find out, which Person-ID has the same Name and Birthdate.

We Transfer Persons from many Systems and cross Country. So it is possible that an employee has more than one Person-ID. Now we are looking for an Report to find these Persons.

Hope any one here knows about such a Report.

Hello Rémi,

many thanks for your answer, but it is not enough to search with an query. We need the information, if we would assigned the personal-ID to the right CP or Reference Number. So we need an Report which find these people. It will be fine if you know an Report which assigned the PERNR to the CP or Reference Number.

In the Standard SAP Menu, look under

Human Resources > Personnel Management > Administration > Info System > Reports > Employee

and you should be able to find t-code S_PH9_46000221 - Birthday List

Note that it is a SAPQuery using Infoset H2.

You should be able to create an Ad-hoc to meet your requirement (t-code S_PH0_48000510) since most of the information is in IT0002, but you may want to include IT0006 and IT0009. 

If creating an ABAP report, you may also want to consider the Reference Personnel Numbers (IT0031) and the Central Person (Object Type CP with B 209 relation to Object Type P).
