Unable to reverse the stock in quality inspection

Hi All,

An Inspection lot has been generated against a PO and GR (101 MVMT) has been done and now the stock is available in Quality inspection. By mistake User has cancelled the Inspection lot and reverted it. Now when he tries to post the stock to Un-restriced use through MB1B (MVMT 321), we are getting the following error as " Change the Inspection stock of the material XX in QM only. Can any one please help me in this.

Regards,

Anil Kumar. V

    Hello Anil,

First try to run report ZQEVAC20 from note 48815 to check if there is inconsistencies.

If there is no inconsistency check if the user exit - QAAT0001 can help you.

In this exit you set the export-parameter E_NO_INSPECTION to 'X'.

    Regards,

    Natália

    Hello Anil,

Just for my curiosity, can you reset the cancellation Inspection lot?

With QA02 and the inspection lot, after in the options:

Inspection lot > Functions > Reset Cancellation.

Maybe can you also please check temporally if in OMJJ for movement type 321/2 , deactivate QM active in this selection is QM check box is ticked or not.

    Regards,

    Xavier
