Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database

We are on BOXI 3.1 SP6. I have recently applied FP6.2 and since applying this, when I go into the CCM and click on the Configuration tab I get the message 'Failed to retrieve cluster name from the database'. Then on the area under CMS Database Configuration it says 'CMS is not part of a cluster'. Our environment contains two clustered servers.

I had to apply FP6.2 to fix a bug with downloads to Excel so uninstalling it is not really an option. I now need to change my cluster name but am unable to do this because of the error.

Any ideas what could cause this? I have searched SAP notes for a solution but found nothing that applies.

    Hello,

please try first do connect to your Database from OS Level by using SQLPlus (If you are on Oracle) or test the ODBC Connection (If you are on MS SQL Server).

Use the apropiate tool from your DB Vendor.

    Regards

    -Seb.
