Scenario: Check In/Out is not being used.
How to mark visits as complete? Pl help!
Hi Rahul,
Not sure if this still an issue, but when Check In/CheckOut are not in scope, you should still be able to set Visits to Completed after it's in "In Process" status.
Please revert back if ther are still issues with this.
Best regards,
Arthur

Hi Rahul,
I checked again and confirmed I was on Silverlight - I can confirm since administrative tools like scoping aren't available in HTML5, which I needed to use to turn off check-in/check-out on this tenant.
In addition, this is what the client looks like in HTML5 -
Perhaps the best approach going forward from here is to create an incident for this so we can investigate further.
Best regards,
Arthur
Hello Rahul,
I'm sure you've solved this by now, but in the visit, select "Check-out" and the visit will be completed. Prior to this you must select "Check-in"
This should be discussed in the user guide at: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sapcloudforcustomer/en/PDF/EN-1.pdf
