Routing Alerts to different groups based on Time!

Hi,

Currently we have alerts configured in PI 7.1, so we recieve them by Group1 and Group2.

Now we want to configure rules in such a way that Group1 should recieve alerts from 9AM to 9PM only and Group2 should recieve alerts from 9PM to 9AM only.

could anyone suggest how to achieve this.

If your PI is configured with Solution manager for monitoring  then you can do the above requirements very easily..You have to configure incident management for each group and set the desired time to deliver mails.

the alerts are being sent to two different pagers(belongs to Group1 and Group2) apart from emails. so we need to take care that alerts are send to those pagers also only during the time specified.

I suggest to have outlook rule to route the emails in particular time and ignore them. It is more simpler

Can you check time dependent delivery and try if you can restrict the alerts as per your timing?
