SUM Phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/JOB_RSUPGCUA_SHD_PRE

Hello Experts,

I am upgrading SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 to EHP7 on our productive system.

I'm now stuck to phase MAIN_SHDPREPUT/JOB_RSUPGCUA_SHD_PRE for 20+ hours.

The same phase has finished in 2 minutes in development system.

What do you recomand?

    Provide the OS and DB details. Have you checked the logs in the <Upgrade_Directory>/abap/tmp and in the <Upgrade_Directory>/abap/log directories? What do they contain?

    Hi,

    Are the logs under ..abap/logs updating ? Please confirm and share any dumps if any under ST22 during the phase.

    Additionally follow SAP Note 1877590 - Upgrade stops in phase JOB_RSUPGCUA_PROD with dump 'Exception condition "WRITE_FAILED" raised'
