Infotype 0006, mapping Postal Code to Region/State for Germany

Does anybody know of a table, or search help, which maps the Postal Code to the State/Region for country Germany? For example if Post Code = 80339, this is Munich, and this belongs to State 17 i.e. Bavaria.

Or a Function Module where i can input Post Code and return State value?

I have done a where-used list for data element PSTLZ but as yet cannot find anything useful.
