SAP Adobe Forms

Hi All,

I am new to adobe forms, I am designing the adobe form. My requirement is to print the data in adobe form. The form contains three parts

1. Logo with heading

2. Table(with Field Heading)

3. sign of content(approval sign)

I had design the form in such a way that "Logo with heading" in master pages, "Table(with Field Heading)" in Design View

and "sign of content" in master pages.

My First question is does the logo and heading will come in all the pages if we design it in master pages.

My second question is Suppose my internal table have data like this

  224    soap          20    INR

  126    earrings     40    INR

  236    shampoo    60   INR

But if i try to print the data in form the data is printing in this order

  236    shampoo      60   INR

  126    earrings       40    INR

  224    soap           20     INR

Also the "pagination" tab is in disable mode. How I need to activate it. I checked in SCN itself regarding this, I find somewhere if we create the table in design view we will get the "Pagination tab" gets activated. But for me it is not activated still.

My last question is I nedd to print he third part ie "sign off" content in specific place. how can we achieve this.

Dear Surendra Reddy,

You have to use   Adobe Live Cycle Designer  for adobe print form.

1. Yes ,If you will design the logo and header part in Master page it will come on  every page.

2. For your second question , yes it is possible but you have to write some XML script in Adobe Live cycle designer.

3. for question 3rd i have need some more info.

My Last question is I nedd to print the third part ie "sign off"(need signatures from higher authorities for approval)  content in specific places(I am Printing data based on currency at the end of each currency I need to call this). how can we achieve this.
