MSMP version generation giving error for GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVER

Hi all,

I am trying to maintain the below template config., i.e notification is to be sent for all approvers in Role owner stage. But MSMP generation gives errors

Could you let me know, why there is the error

    Hi Plaban

    Is that agent setup for approval or notification (GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS)?

    If the Agent is defined for Approver your need to copy it and set it up as Notification agent

      hey thanks for letting me know where you found the error. I find that transaction useful in GUI to see the logs properly

      For your root cause issue.. maybe create a discussion on that topic and show screen shots of what you configured and why it's falling down. include your current system level and SP in case there is a bug 😊
