Selling of goods and services to Hotels

Hi Experts ,

Our client is involved in trading business. We have a requirement of project Sales where for ex. Business some times sells electronic goods to Hotels. This involves selling of goods, installing them, sometimes business hires/procures third party for some services and also outside materials. Can we handle this scenario in SAP without using project system..? if yes how..?

    Rachana,

    Yes, there processes can be mapped in SAP SD, you do not need project systems!

    For selling of goods - you can use the standard OTC process, OR> LF > F2

    For service items - OR > F1 (no delivery here)

    For 3rd party - there is standard 3rd party process in SAP - sales order > Purchase requisition > Purchase order > Invoice verification > Bill to customer

    Search the internet and you will get the information
