ARM does not work for Portal

Hi GRC Gurus

Here I new discussion about the ARM for Portal. The former discussion is here

Thanks for @Madhu Babu and @Alessandro Banzer 's help, I imported user group into BRM and I can assign portal role to existing portal user now. But I still cannot create portal user and assign role/group to the new user. The MSMP workflow log report error message: "Can not update group because: Can not update group as member null doesn't exist".

1. Try to create new portal account Via ARM and assign role/group

3. Authorization of portal connection account, I'm not sure if the authorization is enough

Hello James and Sammukh.

This issue will be resolved applying the following SAP note:

2108402 - UAM: User is not getting created in portal system and roles are not getting assigned

Hi James,

Were you able to resolve this issue? We have the exact same issue on GRC 10.0 SP16.

Change user to portal works fine, however new account fails at autoprovisioning with the same error as yours.

If your issue is resolved please share the solution.
