Error "Unsupported encoding after ..." After Update Eclipse Kepler

When trying to activate any new or old CV (only tried them) I get the following error:

I just updated to this (further selected details in the attachment):

I hope this is easy to fix since everything worked fine before the update 😊

Anybody had the same happen to them?

    The solution was to enhance eclipse.ini with -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
