SAP Business One Web Services Error when attempting to connect to production

We have created a web services environment.  When we point to our test database, we connect and everything works.

When we attempt to use the web services in a production environment (same installation and same WebReferences folder), we get the following error.

  Exception of type

         'System.Web.Services.Protocols.Soap.Exceptions;#39;was thrown

My guess and hope is it something simple that we are overlooking, but what? 

Would anyone be able to point is in the right direction?
