When exactly are the users facing the problem?

Do they face while refreshing the report?

    Modify and run report?

    schedule report?

Is the error intermittent or consistent across all reports?

      Hi Bhupinder,

This is 4.1 box and you can increase the memory allocation to higher values. I would suggest you to look into sizing up your servers.

Depending on usage of reports with number of logged in users, there is some complex calculations to be done.

Sizing is the only help which can get to you. Else if you keep restarting the WIPS / APS would be a temporary workaround to free up memory every now and then.
